Gourmet Restaurant
Chef Jérôme Yahia is deeply attached to his homeland and to his roots. His energy and precision have given him the chance to multiply his professional experiences in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. Inspired by the two-starred chef Edouard Loubet, he integrates new elements into the elaboration of his cuisine. He combines traditional and green flavours as a signature. Jérôme Yahia is an innovative and creative Chef who will sublime your plates and delight your palate.
Our meticulous and passionate Pastry Chef, Christophe Legrouyer, turns his dishes into art creations. The memory of his mother’s homemade pastries and his love for drawing lead him to create delicious beautiful yet traditional desserts. He got his first Michelin star at 23 years old, alongside Eric Samson. This experience taught him both precision and perfection. Christophe reveals his signature: surprising you by integrating seasonal vegetables into his traditional desserts.

Our maître d'hôtel will be delighted to welcome you in a warm atmosphere. Our team, attentive to your comfort, will help you discover an attentive and refined service: cheese service, Champagne, liqueurs or herbal tea on a trolley.

Our bistro offers you a summer menu where you can taste our most popular specialties such as our tomato mozzarella Di Bufala salad, the melon with country ham or the famous Provençal anchovy puree.Let yourself be tempted by our specialities, the daily fish cooked à la plancha or the barbecue grilled beef steak.
Bar of the hotel and musical evenings
The bar of the hotel is open every day from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, our bartenders will be delighted to help you discover their creations.From June to September, live music is organised every Thursday & Friday evening on the terrace of the bar.
Garden pool Bar
From June to September, the Garden pool Bar is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm every day. We offer drinks and cocktails by the pool.You will enjoy Live Music every Tuesday and Thursday evening with different bands, from June 2nd to September 29th, 2022.
