Dearest Clients,

We are implementing all the necessary measures to ensure your safety and that of our teams, while making sure to guarantee you a relaxing break in an enchanting Provencal setting.

For your serenity, we are pleased to confirm that there will be no cancellation fees in case of total or partial confinement of French territory (the one of the place of residence or of the location of the hotel).

General measures

In order to protect our guests and staff, guests will be asked for a vaccine passport on arrival, following the new government guidelines announced. Non-vaccinated guests will be required to present a valid PCR test.

Our teams and guests will be wearing a mask or a visor.
Automatic hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers will be available throughout the hotel (in particular at the reception desk, in front of each lift, at the exit of the toilets, at the Spa, on the terrace...).
Social distancing will be respected by all.

Reception

A questionnaire will be sent to you by e-mail before your arrival, in order to speed up your check-in on the day of your arrival.
Masks will be offered to you upon arrival, if you wish.
The reception desk will be disinfected several times a day.
Magnetic cards will be disinfected before being given to the client.
You could receive your invoice by email if you prefer.

Hotel

Chambermaids are made aware of the thorough cleaning of the rooms as well as the disinfection of door handles, switches, common areas...
A bottle of hydroalcoholic gel will be at your disposal in your room.

Restaurant & Bar

Breakfast service will be served in your room or on the terrace/in the restaurant.
The chef and his team respect the strict sanitary rules (wearing of masks, charlottes, distance in the kitchen, reinforced hand washing, taking of temperature, ...).

Spa

Our therapists will wear a mask during the treatments and will offer you one as well, in order to ensure the safety of all.
Social distancing will be respected in the relaxation area.
